PURPOSE:To enable the linear movement of a slide part and make rigidity with respect to load uniform by combining a fixed part and a slide part via a pair of springs and an intermediate member. CONSTITUTION:One end of each of springs 28, 30 is connected to each of both end parts of a fixed member 26 while the other ends of the springs 28, 30 are fixed to both end parts of an intermediate member 32, respectively. And, one end of each of springs 34, 36 is also fixed to each of both end parts of the intermediate member 32 while the other ends of the springs 34, 36 are fixed to both end parts of a slide part 38, respectively. Thereby, the intermediate member 32 makes a circular arc movement while keeping parallelism, whereas, the slide part 38 can make a linear movement being in parallel with the fixed member 26. Also, rigidity with respect to load can be made uniform and, further, a sliding range can be increased.
