PURPOSE:To enable secure insertion and removal by supporting a slide bar which is engaged with a fastening pin by a rotary board provided on the outer periphery of a coupling part, while being inclined to the pin axis. CONSTITUTION:A rotary board 5 which is provided on the outer periphery of a coupling part 3 is engaged with a rotating mechanism. Slide bars 7 are supported by the rotary board 5 in line with connecting pins 4, their base ends are supported by supporting members 8 erected on the rotary board 5, while their tip ends are connected to and supported by arm rods 10 which are extended from support members 9 erected on the rotary board 5 to the coupling part 3 making each slide bar 7 inclined to the pin axis. When the rotary board 5 is rotated in the draw-out direction of the fastening pins 4, the fastening pins 4 are simultaneously drawn out while being guided by the pin guides 13 by the movement of the slide bars 7. Thus, the opening/closing of a cover 2 can be carried out with respect to a container body opening 1.
