A tool for breaking off waste has a plate (1) from which pins (2) project. On the projecting end of the pin (2) is a centre point (5), and at the other end is a cylindrical spigot (3) of reduced diameter with a counterpart stud (4) which is inserted from the underside of the plate (1) to connect with the spigot (3) and clamp it. The counterpart (4) is a sleeve with horizontal circular grooves (7) on the inside face in which elastomer rings (8) fit. USE/ADVANTAGE - A precision tool. Requires little storage space when not in use.
