PURPOSE: To surely take out a sample from a liquid well and a gas room in case of failure. CONSTITUTION: A sample acceptance head 2 is disposed in a safety container and has a housing ball 8 with a recessed part 10 for housing a sample container 14. The housing ball can be rotated from a housing position to a filling position or in the reverse order by an pneumatic operation device. A take-out device has a filling device 5 including a pneumatic cylinder 4. The filling device is flange-locked to the sample acceptance head 2 and can be operation-connected to the sample acceptance head and the sample container when the housing ball 8 rotates. The pneumatic cylinder 4 has a piston with a piston rod 58. A piston rod 64 has a hollow needle 66. The hollow needle can travel through a closed member 49 of the self-closing sample container 14 at the filling position of the housing ball.
