PURPOSE: To prevent a tip side tip from coming into contact with a blood vessel wall, and enable a guide wire to cross an aneurysm by holding the superior end of a graft in a tip side capsule so as to be mountable/demountable, and holding the inferior end of the graft in a hand side capsule so as to be mountable/demountable. CONSTITUTION: A first installing device where a transplantation piece 55 is arranged on the superior end 171 and a second installing device where it is arranged on the inferior end 172, are provided, and a hand side capsule 132 is arranged in a tip side end part of a tubular member 131 of a capsule catheter 52. A tubular member 61, an expansible member 60 and a tip side capsule 93 are arranged in a balloon catheter 51 arranged in a capsule catheter 52. The upper end 171 of the graft 55 is held in a tip side capsule 93, and the inferior end 172 of the graft 55 is held in a hand side capsule 130 so as to be mountable/ demountable. A capsule jacket 53 is arranged so as to be slidingly movable in a concentric shape with the capsule catheter 52 and the balloon catheter 51, and the capsule jacket 53 is formed in a length sufficient to cover the capsules 132 and 93. |
