PURPOSE: To obtain a dispenser for a granular material wherein either continuous discharge or dispensing of a predetermined amount which is measured can be selected only by controlling by a hand and wherein complex operation other than pushing or pulling a dispensing spout itself is not required. CONSTITUTION: A cap has a dispensing spout 44 extending vertically through a flexible membrane 46. A dosing cup 32 is provided below the dispensing spout 44, wherein when the spout 44 is pulled up the film 46 is shaped like a dome, and by turning over a container 14, contents may continuously flow out through an opening 38 and the spout 44 from a chamber 22. When the spout 44 is pushed down, the membrane 46 is recessed downward and an inlet lower end 60 of the spout 44 enters the cup 32, so that the contents in the cup 32 may flow through the spout 44 by turning over the container 14. |
