PURPOSE:To align and fix an electric cable and an optical cable by one aligning tool. CONSTITUTION:An aligning tool 20 comprises a support 23 for fixing an electric cable 3 and a ring 24 for aligning and fixing an optical cable. The cable 3 are aligned and fixed with and on a main body 23A of the support 23 by a string body 26 or the like. The ring 24 has an oblique slit 13, which makes it possible to put the optical cable out from and in the ring 24, on one side thereof and is mounted detachably to the point part of the support 23. The fibers 4A of the optical cable are inserted in the ring 24 from the circumferential direction of the ring 24 through the slit 13.
