PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To express mainly a eucaryotic genetic product ordinarily produced as an insoluble aggregate such as an encapsulated material in the form of a soluble material while keeping the intrinsic nature of the genetic product by carrying out cotransformation with an expression vector of a thioredoxin gene and an expression vector of the objective gene. SOLUTION: A bacterial cell (preferably a Gram-negative bacteria such as E.coli) is subjected to cotransformation with an expression vector of a thioredoxin gene and an expression vector of the objective gene (e.g. interferon). All proteins including a transcriptional control factor and an oncogene product can be expressed in soluble form.
