PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a capacitor with the capacity change due to the corrosion and corona discharge reduced by specifying the wt.% of Al and Zn at the interface between a polymer film and a vapor-deposited layer and on the surface of the intermediate and vapor-deposited layers in a vapor-deposited film. SOLUTION: The wt.% of Al at the interface between a polymer film and a vapor-deposited film, that between the interface and the vapor-deposited layer surface and that on the vapor-deposited layer surface are controlled respectively to a1 , a2 and a3 and the wt.% of Zn to b1 , b2 and b3 . The Al content is continuously changed so that a1 +b2 =100%, i=1, 2, 3 and a2 <a3 <a1 , and the moisture resistance andδC are improved. The Al wt.% based on the total content of the total Al content and total Zn content in the vapor-deposited film is controlled to <=10wt.%. When expressed by wt.%, a1 <=60, 0<=a2 <=2 and 0.5<=a3 <=10, and the total Al wt.% in the vapor-deposited layer is controlled to <=5. A capacitor which is not broken due to thermal runaway and excellent in characteristic is obtained in this way.
