A cement paint is disclosed which comprises a pigmenting substance, a cement binder and a fluidizing liquid, and further comprising at least: a calcareous aggregate comprising calcareous granules of calcium carbonate having maximum sizes smaller than 100 microns, a vitreous aggregate comprising vitreous granules having maximum sizes smaller than 100 microns,and a photo catalyst to oxidize polluting substances in the presence of light and air, wherein said calcareous granules and vitreous granules have sizes similar to each other. The presence of vitreous granules and calcareous granules with similar sizes increases the hardness and the brightness of the cement paint.
