摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of modifying a software even under an operating mode outputting no trip signal by comparing the output signals from a relay function decision section and a trip output selecting section at a trip output permitting section and outputting a trip signal only from a relay element having both signals thereby outputting only an alarm signal. SOLUTION: Input signals from a relay function decision section 2 and a trip output selecting section 3 are compared for each relay element and when at least one relay element having both signals is present, a trip permitting signal is outputted from a trip output permitting section 4 and a trip signal is outputted from a trip signal output section 5. When a decision is made that the relay element has functioned at the relay function decision section 2 under such setting state as no signal is outputted from the trip output selecting section 3, no trip signal is outputted from the trip signal output section 5. But an alarm signal of of concerned relay element is outputted and the function of relay element can be determined from the outside.
