The setting device includes a driving side control casing (4) and an angle-adjustable hub (5) on the shaft side. There is a setting element (8) in the control casing bounding variable-volume control chambers (A, B), and a locking device (11). In an adjusting device (1) in which there is an axially adjustable annular piston (8) between the control casing and the hub, a second axially adjustable annular piston (12) is fitted to limit the angle setting. The locking device serves also as an operating device for unlocking.
