he scooter can be telescoped, collapsed or folded into a pocket size, so that it may be carrying around in a pocket or on a belt. The steering column and handlebar slide or fold into each other. The steering column is positively or non-positively connected to the front wheel fork (9) by a joint or push-in mechanism. The front wheel suspension (2) is connected to the front wheel fork with a hinge or ball and socket joint. The scooter control may be achieved through a vertical axle (A) between the front wheel (8), which is rotatable with a connecting rod (1), and fixed side arms (3). The control may alternatively be achieved by having the connecting rod and front wheel fork fixed to the front wheel suspension and rotating about a vertical axle (B) connected to the side arms. The side arms are connected to a rotatable tread board (5).
