Ticks removal tongs, with two intersecting arms with end clamping jaws

The free ends (4,5) of the arms (2,3) of the tongs have clamping jaws (6,7). The other ends (8,9) are joined. The clamping jaws form a bit (10) for picking up the body of the tick. The clamping jaws have gripper edges (11,12) which can be opened against pre-tensioned springs. The two tong-arms and the tongs form one piece. The two ends of the arms have a sprung part joining them. The clamping jaws are guided along a guide (14) which has a hole (15) in one arm (3) into which fits a pin (16) on the other arm. When placed against each other, the clamping edges form an opening gripping the head of the tick.
