PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance insulating recovery characteristic and miniaturize and lighten weight by a method, wherein a first fuse part is formed at a middle position of each side of a hexagonal segment, or at a position of a part distributing therein with regularity, and each fuse part is connected to two segments arranged on the both sides of the vicinity. SOLUTION: It is appropriate that width W3 of the narrowest part of a second fuse part 12 be equal to or more than a width W1 of the narrowest part of a first fuse part 11. There is formed the first fuse part 11 by a vapor- deposited metal a cross first insulating slits 3 to 5 at six positions corresponding to the middle part of each side of a hexagonal segment 7, or at the position of a part distributing therein with regularity. Each first fuse part 11 electrically couples the two segments 7 positioned on the both to each other. An end part of each of the first insulating slit 3 to 5 in each fuse part 11 is terminated in a round shape such as a semicircle.
