PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a system to cope with the operation fault of a CTI computer effectively, while containing LAN with minimized system cost increase. SOLUTION: A router section 14A is built in a key telephone master set 1A, an external line interface function and an independent power supply function are eliminated from the router section 14A, and the functions are substituted by external line interface sections 11, 12 and a power supply section 18 provided already to the key telephone master set 1A. Furthermore, a CTI personal computer 3A detects a temperature in a cabinet, an operating state of a cooling fan, the temperature of a PC power supply section and an operating power supply voltage Vcc or the like an transfers the monitor data to the key telephone master set 1A, where the data are analyzed, by detecting a fault in the CTI personal computer to take required coping processing. |
