PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal connection structure which can exhibit sufficient shielding function as well as high electric continuity in the connection part of a shield wire and sufficient waterproofing. SOLUTION: A terminal connection structure is provided with an airtight means 10 which is fitted near the connection part of a wire 1 formed with a terminal 20 and maintains the airtightness of the connection part, and a contact means 15 capable of continuity with the outside of the wire. The airtight means 10 is integrally formed with a harder locking means 11 than the means, and the airtight means 10 and the contact means 15 are integrated by fitting the contact means 15 and the locking means 11.
