<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate handling in a touch panel element manufacturing process by laminating and forming a transparent substrate, a transparent conductive layer and a silicide layer in this order. SOLUTION: A transparent substrate, a transparent conductive layer and a silicide layer are laminated and formed in this order. The silicide layer laminated on the transparent conductive layer can be formed by solving or diluting hydrolysate of organoalkoxysilane in a solvent of isopropyl alcohol, toluene or ethyl acetate, then painting and drying. Thickness of the silicide layer is not especially limited but it is preferable that the thickness is to be selected within the range from 0.1 to 0.4μm in order to improve wearing resistance without damaging the characteristics of the transparent conductive layer and further to provide the transparency of natural color while reducing the reflection of visible light.</p> |
