摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electrolyte which is excellent in both high-temperature life characteristics and low-temperature characteristics, by a method wherein a mixed solvent of two or more kinds of specific sulfolane andγ-butyrolactone is used as a solvent. SOLUTION: An anode electrode foil 2 and a cathode electrode foil 3 are rolled up into a capacitor device 1 through the intermediary or a separator. An anode load-out lead wire 4 and a cathode lead-out lead wire 5 are each connected to the anode electrode foil 2 and the cathode electrode foil 3, respectively. The capacitor device 1 is impregnated with an aluminum electrolytic capacitor drive electrolyte. A mixed solvent composed of two or more elements selected from among sulfolane, 3-methyl sulfolane, and 2,4-dimethyl sulfolane andγ-butyrolactone is used as the solvent. Then, the capacitor device 1 impregnated with the electrolyte is housed in a cylindrical aluminum bottomed outer case 10, a sealer 9 is mounted on the opening of the outer case 10, and the outer case 10 is hermetically sealed by subjecting the its end to drawing.
