PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily distribute waste fluorescent tubes to a discharger through freight service by sticking a bar code label displaying specific data for a container to the lightweight rigid container of standard shape and dimension repeatedly usable for the waste fluorescent tubes, and individually controlling from collection of the waste fluorescent tubes to cost of receipt and transport at every container. SOLUTION: A waste fluorescent tube collection information input device 1 stores information of a code label 3 stuck to a receiving container 2 fully loaded with the waste fluorescent tubes corresponding to an empty waste fluorescent tube receiving vessel 2 by a discharger in a first central processing part 43 before carrying out, and simultaneously stores information of a transport dealer and date of carrying out in the first central processing part 43. The stored information is once stored in a memory medium 51 through a first output part 44, the memory medium 51 is sent to a waste fluorescent tube disposal information confirming device 6 and a calculation making device for waste fluorescent tube disposal/controlling cost 8, and based on the information of the discharger and the transport dealer, a bill to the discharger, a notice of disposal completion to the transport dealer, and the like are made.
