PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide body frame structure of a motor-assisted bicycle for a heavy load in which the heavy load is loaded for use in a load carrying table or basket provided in front and rear sides, by utilizing conventional structural members and using additionally reinforcing members. SOLUTION: This body frame structure is connected to respective one ends of a main tube 73, a seat tube 75 and a chain tube 76, has a cross section of a channel shape and a side face of an inversed U-shape, has a center bracket 174 for supporting an auxiliary power device via attaching bolts, and is weld- reinforced in respective connecting parts between the center bracket 174 and the main and seat tubes 73, 75 by paired left anf right plates. In this structure, respective frame-constituting members are constituted to have rear and front wheels of 22 in. of nominal size and to have a wheel base equal to a bicycle of 24 in. of nominal size.
