PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric thermo-cauterizer that can improve a therapeutic effection by dint of stimulating a point (a chakra) which is a basis of cauterization and can control a time and temperature without burning fire on a surface of a skin. SOLUTION: An electric thermo-cauterizer 3 has a pedestal 2 which shuts an opening part in a square box 1 providing heat insulating properties and arranges a heater 3 which is surrounded by a heat control filling member 6 and a protection fixing member 5 in the square box 1. A central heat-transfer body 8 is inserted in an inner tube 7 which penetrates the heater 3 and the pedestral 2 and a tip 4 which is made by hardening a plant fiber is connected with the central heat-transfer body 8 from a center of the pedestral 2 removably.
