PURPOSE: An education information service method is provided to offer education contents, constructed on an internet site, to a personal portable terminal, for example a PDA(Personal Data Assistant) via an internet. CONSTITUTION: An information service method comprises the steps of a web server checking if a PDA can receive data(300), PDAs communicating with the web server or an operation manager accessing the web server(310), the PDA users requesting a set of education questions or contents to the web server via the internet or the operation manager constructing the education question or contents database to be transmitted to the PDAs(330), the PDA users transmitting e-mails to the web server or other PDA or the operation manager constructing a database on the e-mail or a schedule(350), checking the time for transmitting the constructed data to the PDAs or the web server(370), and transmitting the data at a designated time(390). If the PDAs are power off, the data is stored temporarily in the web server, and transmitted to the PDAs after the PDAs are powered on. |
