PURPOSE: A multimedia hypnosis diet system is provided to induce a user to control an eating pattern, and select a food kind by using a hypnosis effect on a multimedia screen so that it can induce a weight control effect. CONSTITUTION: A multimedia hypnosis diet system using an automatic visual concentration comprises steps of strengthening a diet expectation(D01), strengthening a concentration power(D02), intimating a self confidence for controlling a weight(D03), intimating a satiation to reduce an eating quantity(D04), intimating a weight loss to enhance a synergy effect for losing weight(D05), intimating a mind stability by an automatic visual and audio concentration(D06), intimating a weight loss hope to induce a strong hope for losing the weight(D07), intimating a comfortable sleep(D08), intimating a change of preference foods(D09) and intimating a motive for physical exercise(D10). |
