摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply appropriate charging current by providing a charging circuit for supplying charging current, a resistor having a specific resistance value which is inserted in series in a loop circuit which connects the charging circuit with a battery, a detection circuit for detecting currents, and a control circuit for controlling the charging current according to the current. SOLUTION: The collector of a transistor Q1 is connected with a power line b via a resistor R1 and is connected with a signal line c. The base of the transistor Q1 is connected with a grounding line d1 via a protective resistor R2, and is connected with a resistor R3 and a capacitor C1 in parallel connection. The emitter of the transistor Q1 is connected with the resistor R3 and the capacitor C1 in parallel connection, and is connected with the grounding line of a rectifying circuit 1. The resistance value of the resistor R3 is set within a range of 0.3Ωto 0.4Ω. The direct-current voltage of the power line a is supplied to a charging circuit 4 passing through a constant-current circuit. Thus charging time can be reduced, and suppressed temperature rise in the battery can be kept at an appropriate state.
