摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the correction software for calculating the correction control quantity of fuel injection conditions by determining fuel injection conditions other than fuel injection quantity, at the time of engine accelerating operation, by multiplying the maximum correction quantities of fuel injection conditions by the ratio of the change quantity per unit time of fuel injection quantity to the maximum change quantity of fuel injection quantity. SOLUTION: When the transfer to accelerating operation with the deviation between the last value and this value of total fuel injection quantity exceeding a prescribed value is judged in a controller 10 during the operation of an engine 1, the elapsed time is measured. The maximum change quantity that is the maximum changeable quantity of total fuel injection quantity is also calculated. When the engine is transferred to the accelerating operating state, maximum correction quantities which are the maximum correctable quantities of fuel injection conditions, or maximum correction quantityΔof pilot fuel injection quantity and maximum correction quantity of emission recirculating quantity are calculated. The values of these maximum correction values multiplied by the ratio of the deviation to the maximum change quantity as a coefficient are added to or subtracted from pilot fuel injection quantity, fuel injection timing, and emission recirculating quantity to correct them.
