The invention relates to a hair conditioner that can be rinsed out and which is provided in the form of a clear, transparent, translucent or opaque gel comprising a content of: (A) at least one gel-forming thickener selected among thickeners which impart a flow limitation to the composition; (B) transparent capsules with fragrances or active substances enclosed therein; (C) at least one hair care silicon compound which is dispersed in the aqueous phase, and; (D) water, whereby the type and quantity of the thickener are selected in such a manner that the composition comprises a flow limitation which is sufficient to prevent both the capsules from settling as well as a coalescence of the dispersed silicon phase. The inventive conditioner can be preferably used as an emulsifier-free rinse-off hair care product which smoothens wet and dry hair, improves the ability to comb the hair when wet and which imparts an intensified fragrance. |
