PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of making the image quality of a binary image to be satisfactory. SOLUTION: Image blurring can be more efficiently eliminated for the purpose of applying spatial frequency arithmetic processing of a correction degree corresponding to image contents. Since a correction degree of a spatial frequency correction operation or a threshold of binarization processing is changed between when a halftone image and a non-halftone image are mixed and when they are not mixed, such an effect that can improve the image quality of an image better is obtained when the halftone image and the non-halftone image are mixed and when they are not mixed.
