PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing which has excellent silence by reducing an amount of deformation due to a sealing plate having a cutout. SOLUTION: The rolling bearing includes an outer ring having an outer ring track provided on an inner peripheral surface, sealed plate locking grooves provided at both sides of the outer ring track, an inner ring having an inner ring track provided on an outer peripheral surface, a plurality of rolling elements arranged between the outer ring track and the inner ring track, a retainer for rotatably retaining the rolling elements, and a sealing plate having a plurality of cutouts locked to the sealing plate locking grooves. In the rolling bearing, the cutouts of the opposed two sealing plates are respectively deviated from each other in phase to be locked to the sealing plate locking grooves.
