PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color electrophotographic printing medium sheet which exhibits reduced blistering and discharge defects. SOLUTION: The medium sheet comprises: a base stock having a first side and a second side opposite to the first side; base coating layers directly coated on the first and second sides; and receiving layers directly coated on the base coating layers. The base coating layers each include an inorganic pigment, a binder, and an electrification control agent. The receiving layers each include an inorganic pigment, a binder, and a discharge control agent.
