PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller for feeding a toner, having a cell opening stability on its skin surface, a low hardness and a good flexibility, and excellent in compression permanent deformation under a high temperature and high humidity. SOLUTION: This roller for feeding the toner is formed by foaming/curing a composition containing (A) a polyether polyol, (B) an another polyether polyol and (C) a polyisocyanate, wherein, (B) the polyether polyol is obtained by adding 60-95 mol % ethylene oxide randomly and has 2,000-4,800 weight-average molecular weight, and the content of (B) the polyol is >10 pts. mass and≤50 pts. mass based on 100 pts. mass total polyol in the composition.
