PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out polishing with a polishing cloth file and a polishing paper file from coarse mesh to fine mesh using one rotary polishing base with a spindle mounted to an electric drill. SOLUTION: The polishing cloth file and the polishing paper file 5 are inserted in a groove 2 of the rotary polishing base 1 with the spindle and wound around the rotary polishing base 1 with the spindle. The spindle 4 of the rotary polishing base with the spindle is mounted to the electric drill 6, and polishing work is started with the rotation of the electric drill. The corner of the groove is chipped to have roundness 3 so that the polishing cloth file and polishing paper file inserted in the groove of the rotary polishing base with the spindle is prevented from being cut by friction of rotation.
