PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation guiding system for reducing the anxiety of an evacuee related with evacuation by clarifying a route to an evacuation place to the evacuee. SOLUTION: A plurality of guide signs such as a guide sign 1, a direction instruction sign 2 and a road surface sign 3 are set along an evacuation route guide as a guide base point to an evacuation place P. Thus, it is possible to clarify the evacuation route to the evacuee, and to reduce the anxiety of an evacuee related with the evacuation. Also, each of those guide signs is provided with a solar battery and a power unit, and configured to emit the rays of light only by a power generated by the solar battery so that the evacuee can be guided by the accurate light emission even when any disaster occurs at night, and power failure is generated.
