A method for obtaining low-etherified pectin for medicinal purpose involves hydrolysis-and-extraction of pectin containing raw material, phase separation, precipitation, washing coagulate of pectin, de-etherification of pectin coagulate with isopropyl alcohol acidified with nitric acid, holding in mixture, washing by 65à75% isopropyl alcohol, final washing by 95% isopropyl alcohol, drying. De-etherification is carried out with humid pectin coagulate one-time washed by isopropyl alcohol acidified with oxalic acid to pH 4.5à5.5% by holding for 23à25 hours at temperature of 55à60 ?C. |
