An apparatus for recycling waste storage batteries is provided to improve productivity by performing a dismantling process of the waste storage batteries continuously and automatically, and prevent environmental pollution and produce high value-added byproducts by securing a cleaning technology for recycling the waste storage batteries. An apparatus for recycling waste storage batteries comprises: an electrolyte removal part(a) for removing an electrolyte contained in the waste storage batteries that have been injected; an iron removing part(b) for separating and collecting iron from the waste storage batteries; a crusher(7) for crushing the waste storage batteries; a first vibration screen(10) for sorting a crushed material having a predetermined size from the crushed materials; a drag chain conveyor(11) for separating a paste that is the sorted crushed material having a predetermined size; a hydraulic power separator(12) for sorting and separating the sorted crushed material again by using specific gravity; a second vibration screen(20) for separating a paste and the separators by receiving separators and plastics from the crushed materials that have been sorted in the hydraulic power separator; and an agitating means(d) for desulfurizing the paste. |
