<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of suppressing flying-off of toner and fogging due to low charged toner, to provide a cartridge which has such a developing device and is for performing excellent image formation, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device is provided with: a developer carrier which carries developer containing toner and magnetic carrier on the surface thereof and conveys the developer to a prescribed development area, to develop an electrostatic latent image by the developer; a developer storage chamber in which the developer supplied to the developer carrier is stored and stirred while being transferred in a predetermined direction; and a magnet which generates a magnetic force whose strength is changed and exerts the magnetic force on the developer stored in the developer storage chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
