<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a buckwheat plant fermented roasted product having aroma, flavor and taste different from those of a conventional buckwheat plant food and drink, and improved in extraction amount of each kind of pharmaceutical component such as rutin, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The buckwheat plant fermented roasted product is produced by adding Aspergillus oryzae to buckwheat leaves and/or stems, or their processed product to perform fermentation treatment, and roasting the fermented product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
