APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING RISK OF ARRHYTHMIA

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the risk of arrhythmia can not be evaluated in living things such as human beings with the use of data to be obtained in an early stage of development of new drugs.

SOLUTION: The arrhythmia risk evaluating apparatus comprises: an animal medicinal effect information acquiring part for acquiring animal medicinal effect information being information about a medicinal effect relative to animals by using a parameter set after administering drugs; a medicinal effect converting part for converting the animal medicinal effect information into object living body medicinal effect information through the use of conversion source information; a cardiomyocyte simulation part for acquiring cardiomyocyte action information being the information about the action of the cardiomyocyte of a living body through the use of the object living body medicinal effect information; an arrhythmia information acquiring part for acquiring arrhythmia information being the information about the side-effect of drugs on the arrhythmia with respect to the heart through the use of the cardiomyocyte action information; an output information constituting part for constituting output information being the information to be output by using the arrhythmia information; and an output part for outputting output information. Then, the risk of the arrhythmia in the living things such as the human beings is evaluated through the use of the data to be obtained in the early stage of the development of ne drugs.
