<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an inkjet head in which a passage regulating member can be formed to the rear face of a head chip of a harmonica type without using an adhesive, and which has no danger of blocking a channel, and to provide the inkjet head. <P>SOLUTION: Channels 12 and 13, and driving walls 11 comprised of piezoelectric elements are alternately arranged side by side. At the same time, openings of the channels 11 and 12 are arranged at front and rear faces, respectively. The passage regulating member 3 which regulates a passage of ink into the channels 12 and 13 is formed to the rear face of the head chip 1A which has driving electrodes 14 set in the channels 12 and 13. The passage regulating member 3 is formed by heating and pressing, thereby pasting a photosensitive resin film without using an adhesive to the rear face of the head chip 1A, and then by performing exposure and development while superposing a photomask with openings of a predetermined pattern. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
