<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor laminated core that is excellent in shape accuracy and in product quality, and its manufacturing method that enables to highly productively manufacture a rotor laminated core by winding belt-like core pieces. <P>SOLUTION: The rotor laminated core manufacturing method has a blanking step for forming a plurality of the belt-like core pieces 11, 12, respectively, in which each arcuate segment core piece part 15, 15a respectively provided with each radially externally protruding magnetic-pole piece part 13, 13a, 14, and 14a is coupled with each other by narrow coupling parts 16, 16a, and an annular-shape forming step in which a plurality of the belt-like core pieces are respectively folded at the coupling parts 16, 16a so as to laminate each of them by spirally winding them while vertically overlapping the magnetic-pole piece parts 13, 14a, 14, and 13a. In the blanking step, it is composed so as to form notches 23, 23a, respectively, in which each folded coupling part 16, 16a is located on the radial outside of each joint 22, 22a between each magnetic-pole piece part 13, 13a, 14, and 14a in the respective segment core piece parts 15, 15a located above and below each coupling part 16, 16a folded in the annular-shape forming step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
