PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innerliner for a tire capable of bonding an adjacent rubber member without using an adhesive, having excellent economic efficiency and low temperature resistance, and having high flexibility of selection of material for a resin layer and the adjacent rubber member. SOLUTION: The innerliner for the tire is formed by laminating a composition containing an elastomer component onto a resin layer and irradiating energy beams required for generating partial crosslinking between the resin layer and the elastomer component. The energy beams is preferably an electron beam, the absolute value of the difference between an SP value of the resin composing the resin layer and an SP value of the elastomer component is within 9, and the layer composed of a composition containing the elastomer component is preferably co-crosslinked with the adjacent rubber member by vulcanization.
