The present invention relates to a fish farming apparatus, and more specifically, to a complex fish farming apparatus comprising: a fish farming unit having a top and a side surface surrounded by a net, an extended net formed by the net on the side surface extending toward a lower portion and closing a lower surface fixed to seabed and opened, and at least one or more buoyant means mounted on an upper portion thereof; and a plurality of cultivation ropes fixing the fish farming unit on the seabed and cultivating seaweeds thereon. Therefore, excretion of farming fish is provided to the seaweeds cultivated on the cultivation ropes as nourishment to prevent seawater pollution due to the excretion. Moreover, since seaweeds cultivated thereby are provided again to shellfish as nourishment, productivity is increased due to the growth of the shellfish, so economical profitability is promoted. |
