According to the present invention, a video signal processing method generates a reference picture list based on a current picture reference flag with respect to a current picture, obtains motion information with respect to a current block in the current picture, and recovers the current block by using the reference picture list with respect to the current picture and the motion information of the current block. Therefore, the method can increase efficiency of predicting or recovering the current block based on a current picture reference mode.
