An intelligent insole or shoe control method, comprising the following steps: (1) providing a mobile control end; (2) a main control module, a Bluetooth module, a first radio frequency module, a first heating component and a 3D motion sensor being built in a primary insole or shoe, the Bluetooth module being wirelessly connected to the mobile control end via Bluetooth; (3) a second radio frequency module and a second heating component being built in a secondary insole or shoe, the secondary insole or shoe being in bi-directional communication with the primary insole or shoe; (4) the primary insole or shoe receiving a signal of the mobile control end via the Bluetooth module, and communicating with the Bluetooth module via the radio frequency module; and (5) transmitting motion action information or temperature information to the mobile control end and displaying same. Also disclosed is an intelligent insole or shoe control system. In the present invention, it is unnecessary to provide a Bluetooth module in a pair of insoles or shoes, which can save costs. |
