A card connector comprises a base (1) and a housing (2). The housing and the base cooperate to form a card accommodation space. The card connector further comprises a pallet (9) which can be inserted into the card accommodation space. The pallet has a first recess (91) suitable for placing a first electronic card (3) and a second recess (92) suitable for placing a second electronic card (4) or a third electronic card (5) at different time. A first group of electrical connection terminals (6), a second group of electrical connection terminals (7) and a third group of electrical connection terminals (8) are disposed on the base. The first group of electrical connection terminals is suitable for forming an electrical connection with an electrical connection terminal of the first electronic card. The second group of electrical connection terminals is suitable for forming an electrical connection with an electrical connection terminal of the second electronic card. The third group of electrical connection terminals is suitable for forming an electrical connection with an electrical connection terminal of the third electronic card. Also provided is a mobile communication apparatus applied to the card connector. By means of the card connector and the mobile communication apparatus, multiple electronic cards can be used.
