An automatic detection system for battery balancing module group, comprising: a personal computer (PC) (10), an automatic detection main control board (20), at least one direct-current (DC) programmable power source (41, 42) and a detection platform for disposing a balancing module group board (30); a plurality of balancing modules are connected to the detection platform; the automatic detection main control board (20) is respectively electrically connected to the PC (10), the at least one DC programmable power source (41, 42), and the detection platform for disposing an balancing module group board (30); the automatic detection main control board (20) controls to switch on or off each control connection line connecting the detection platform; changes in voltage and current on the control connection lines are detected to respectively determine whether each balancing module passes a test, thereby detecting whether the performance of each balancing module on the balancing module grouping board passes under different circumstances. Compared to a traditional manual detection of measurement precision and efficiency of data for voltage and current and the like, the system increases measurement precision and efficiency by several times, thus facilitating improved product production quality. |
