PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold wash composition for a lost foam pattern having high safely, and capable of suppressing furthermore residual defects; and to provide a manufacturing method of a cast.SOLUTION: There are provided a mold wash composition for a lost foam pattern including a refractory aggregate and amorphous cellulose, and a manufacturing method of a lost foam pattern for a cast having a coating film around the lost foam pattern.
