PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrier film that has excellent water resistance, does not cause a problem of warping in a manufacturing process of a substrate formed of a cycloolefin polymer, and has appropriate adhesiveness.SOLUTION: A carrier film 1 of the present invention comprises a film substrate 20 formed of a cycloolefin polymer or a cycloolefin copolymer, and an adhesive A. The adhesive A contains a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer serving as a crosslinking agent C and a saturated hydrocarbon B. As a result, a joint surface between the adhesive A and a base plate 600 is made attachable and detachable. Since the cycloolefin polymer or the cycloolefin copolymer can be used in the film substrate 20, the carrier film 1 has water resistance. When the carrier film 1 is used in a manufacturing process of the base plate of a cycloolefin polymer, a problem of warping is not caused.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
