INSIDE RELEASE VALVE DEVICE USED WITH LOAD ADJUSTMENT DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a load adjustment device comprising an inside release valve device.SOLUTION: A main body comprises a load diaphram 406 disposed between a first casing and a second casing. The first casing and a first side face 412 of the load diaphram define a first chamber 414, and the second casing and a second side face 428 of the load diaphram define a second chamber 430. A release valve assembly 402 is coupled to the load diaphram. The release valve assembly comprises a release valve seat 448 having opening parts 458, 460, 462 for forming a passage for connecting the first and second chambers in a fluid state and a release valve plug 464 which is movably coupled to the release valve seat. The release valve plug separates from the release valve seat and moves to a flow-out position so as to allow flowing of the fluid between the first and second chambers, according to outlet pressure which is substantially higher than pressure in which a load adjustment device 400 becomes in a lock up state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4B
