PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter device that is improved in vibration resistance, and a motor compressor.SOLUTION: The inverter device comprises: a heat dissipation member 11 that is bonded to a housing 112; a power part 21 which includes an IPM 94 and a capacitor 13 and by which DC power is converted into AC power and applied to an electric motor 116; an inverter board 51 on which the power part 21 is mounted; a control part 31 that controls the power part 21; a control board 61 on which the control part 31 is mounted; a connector 73 which is bonded to the inverter board 51 and the control board 61 and electrically connects the power part 21 and the control part 31; and support pins 56 and 66 which are bonded to the heat dissipation member 11. The inverter board 51 and the control board 61 are fixed to the heat dissipation member 11. The inverter board 51 and the control board 61 are provided separately from the heat dissipation member 11 and bonded to the support pins 56 and 66.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
